Clarion County
Adam Weeter Memorial Scholarship: Applicants must be a graduating senior of Keystone High School and pursuing a degree in the field of education. The applicant must have a GPA above 2.0 and lettered in a Varsity Sport.

Nicholas R. Sanford Memorial Journalism Scholarship: Applicant must have a 3.6, 85%, or B+ grade point average and have plans to pursue journalism studies at an accredited 2 or 4 year college or university after graduation.

Tut Toth Memorial Scholarship: This scholarship is for one (1) male and one (1) female graduating senior of Redbank Valley High School who is a former New Bethlehem Little League player. The Scholarship Committee will consider the required essay and characteristics of leadership, work ethic, commitment, and sportsmanship when awarding the scholarship.
Nicholas R. Sanford Memorial Journalism Scholarship: Applicant must have a 3.6, 85%, or B+ grade point average and have plans to pursue journalism studies at an accredited 2 or 4 year college or university after graduation.
Applied Technology Scholarship: This Fund was established by Venango County in order to provide a permanent endowment to provide financial assistance to select students enrolled in the Applied Technology at Venango Campus of Clarion University of Pennsylvania; and therefore, to support economic growth in Venango County by helping grow a technology trained workforce. The eligibility requirements for this scholarship include: residency in Venango County, PA for at least two years prior to application, graduation from high school, applicant must be pursuing an associate or bachelor’s degree in the Venango Campus of Clarion University of Pennsylvania Applied Technology Program, and have completed at least six (6) credits or two courses of the AT Program with a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.0, completion of any required internship or relevant work experience with a company located in Venango County, PA, begin employment in Venango County within six (6) months after completion of studies and remain employed in Venango County one year for each year that the scholarship was awarded, and finally, apply for a Federal Pell grant and Pennsylvania State Grant. Janet L. Henc Scholarship: This scholarship is for high school graduates who are consistent attendees of the Galloway United Methodist Church and who will be continuing their secular education at a four (4) year college or university.Troopers Patterson & Richey Memorial Scholarship: This scholarship is for any graduating senior from any Venango County School who has plans to pursue a career in law enforcement or criminal justice. Financial need, academic achievement, and community involvement will be considered when awarding the scholarship.

Oil City Lodge #78 Loyal Order of Moose Scholarship: This scholarship is for any natural, adopted, or step-children of a member of Oil City Lodge #78 Loyal Order of Moose Club. All scholarships will be awarded based on need.
Steven B. Rood Scholarships: These scholarships will be awarded to one (1) female and one (1) male senior at any Venango County high school who demonstrate leadership and academic achievement and have plans to attend an accredited technical, vocational or trade school, certification program, or college that is less than a four (4) year program.
Nicholas R. Sanford Memorial Journalism Scholarship: Applicant must have a 3.6, 85%, or B+ grade point average and have plans to pursue journalism studies at an accredited 2 or 4 year college or university after graduation.Young Wood Scholarship: This scholarship is for students whose high school grades were in the upper twenty (20%) percent of their high school class for at least two years prior to their graduation from high school. The Scholarship Committee will also consider financial need when selecting applicants.
John R. Loeffler Memorial Golf Scholarship: This scholarship is for any Venango County, Titusville High School, AC Valley High School, or Clarion Area High School graduate who is proficient in the sport of golf and has plans to attend a college or university with a golf team.
Chester A. & Beulah A. Baum Memorial Scholarships: These scholarships are for current Cranberry Area High School seniors who plan to continue their education after high school and have demonstrated high academic achievement, community involvement, and financial need.
Cranberry High School Girls Volleyball Scholarship: This scholarship is for senior members of the Cranberry High School Girls Volleyball Team who plan to attend a college, university, trade or technical school full-time after graduation from high school.
Walter H. Flinchbaugh Memorial Scholarship: This scholarship is for any current senior or graduate of Cranberry Area High School who has demonstrated high academic achievement, community involvement, and financial need. Preference will be given to applicants who plan to enroll in Clarion University of Pennsylvania, Clarion Campus.
Don Hall Memorial Scholarship: This scholarship is for any graduating seniors from Cranberry Area High School who have played on the Cranberry Area High School girls' varsity basketball team and/or were team managers and/or statisticians and participated in at least eighty percent (80%) of the games played in their senior year. Nicholas R. Sanford Memorial Scholarship: This scholarship is for any current senior student at Cranberry Area High School who plans to attend an accredited 2 or 4 year college or university. The applicant must demonstrate involvement in both extracurricular and community activities. Financial need may be considered.
Venus Telephone Corporation Scholarship: This scholarship is for any current senior at Cranberry Area High School who lives in the Venus Telephone Corporation Service Area. The prefix of your telephone number will be 354 (ex. 354-5555) if you live in the service area.Remember Roy E. Sanner Memorial Scholarship: This scholarship is for any graduating senior at Rocky Grove High School or Cranberry High School who has been enrolled at either for at least three (3) years and has plans to attend an accredited 2 or 4 year college or university. The Scholarship Committee will consider demonstration leadership, work ethic, commitment, and sportsmanship in the RGHS or CHS athletic programs, school environment, and community when awarding the scholarship.

Arthur (Bud) Van Nort Memorial Scholarship: This scholarship is for any current senior at East Forest High School who has demonstrated high academic achievement, participation in both curricular and extracurricular activities, and has plans to attend a four (4) year college or university.
Robert and Ruth Bear Memorial Scholarship: This scholarship is for any current senior at Franklin Area High School who has shown high academic achievement (as demonstrated by GPA, class rank, and SAT/ACT scores) and has plans to attend an RN nursing program after graduation.
Susan L. Daniels Memorial Scholarship: This scholarship is for any current senior at Rocky Grove or Franklin High School who has done the most to better both the music department and themselves during their high school career. Applicants must plan to attend a college, university, or school of music.
Anna M. Ewalt Scholastic Award: This scholarship is for any current senior at Franklin High School who has demonstrated academic excellence and has plans to attend a college or university after high school.
Francis E. Gibbons Memorial Scholarship: This scholarship is for any current senior at Franklin High School who is interested in the occupation of carpentry. The scholarship committee will consider GPA, financial need, and occupational plans when awarding the scholarship. Eugene F. Hanna Scholarship: This scholarship is for any graduating senior at Franklin High School who is planning to attend a college or university in the United States. The Scholarship Committee will consider GPA, financial need, and occupational plans when selecting scholarship recipients.
Franklin High School Alumni Scholarship: This scholarship is for any current senior at Franklin High School or graduate of the past three (3) years from FHS. Applicants must demonstrate financial need, community and extracurricular involvement, and academic achievement.
Franklin Rotary - Jay French Miller Scholarship: This scholarship is for any graduating senior at Franklin or Rocky Grove High Schools who has plans to attend a college, university, or technical school and has demonstrated outstanding community service and high academic achievement during their high school career.
George Francis Rouault Memorial Scholarship: This scholarship is for any graduating senior at Franklin High School who has plans to major in mechanical engineering at either Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, New Jersey or Pennsylvania State University.
Keystone Senior High School
Dave Bell Scholarship: This scholarship is for any graduate of Keystone High School who demonstrates financial need and desire to pursue a major in the agricultural sciences. The Scholarship Committee will consider financial need and the occupational plans of the applicant when awarding the scholarship.Mary E. Shaner Scholarship: This Scholarship is for a graduate of Keystone High School who has plans to enroll in Clarion University of Pennsylvania, Pennsylvania State University, or Thiel College. GPA, financial need, and occupational plans will be considered when awarding the scholarship.
Bracken Scholarship: This scholarship is for any Oil City High School current senior or graduate within the last three (3) years who have plans to attend a college, university, technical, or trade school. The Scholarship Committee will consider financial need, academic achievement, likelihood of success as a student in higher education, and school/community involvement. Jean Lucille Frank Scholarship: This scholarship is for a current Oil City High School senior who is an outstanding soprano and desires to further her classical music education and/or to perform as a classical soprano.
Troopers Patterson & Richey Memorial Scholarship: This scholarships is for any graduating senior at Franklin, Titusville, or Oil City High Schools who has plans to pursue a career in law enforcement or criminal justice. Financial need, academic achievement, and community involvement will be considered when awarding the scholarship.

Forest County Taxpayers Association Scholarship: This scholarship is for any current senior at West Forest High School who has demonstrated high academic achievement and has plans to attend a college, university, technical, or trade school. Financial need will be strongly considered.
J. Bowman Proper Memorial Scholarship: This scholarship is for any graduate of West Forest High School or Forest County resident who has plans to attend a technical or trade school, college, university, nursing school, or business college and eventually seek employment in Forest County. Academic achievement, financial need, and community involvement will be considered.
Sherman Memorial Scholarship: This scholarship is for any graduating senior at West Forest High School who has plans to attend a four (4) year college, university, technical, or trade school and has demonstrated high academic performance and school/community involvement.
